Return Policy

Returns
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

To start the return process, please e-mail connect@waldenbackyards.com with your order number and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be e-mailed to you.  Do NOT ship a return back without a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping

Please ship your return in the original packaging.

On the shipping label or on the outside of the package please clearly write or attach a label with the RAN number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs, if paid, are non-refundable.
