After using your roasting sticks, you can first burn off any excess food by sticking the stainless steel forks back into the flames. Once cooled, you can wash the stainless steel forks of your roasting sticks using warm soapy water and a sponge. We do not recommend placing them in the dishwasher, as the handles are made of all-natural wood.
